All product usage rules, version details, features, and updates are subject to the official information published by the manufacturer. For physical products, the complete image information provided by us shall prevail.

3. Product Composition

The products supplied by our company primarily consist of digital licenses and kits containing physical delivery items (such as COA stickers printed with the license, CDs/DVDs, or USB drives pre-loaded with installation files).

4. Security

Although all physical media (DVDs/USBs) undergo rigorous security scanning before leaving the factory, and the validity of certificate keys is verified, we cannot guarantee 100% absolute assurance regarding:

Whether physical media has been tampered with or physically damaged during transportation, warehousing, or upon receipt by the user;
Security risks introduced by network transmission issues when users download activation files or drivers;
Full compatibility of the software with your specific hardware, operating system, or other third-party software.

Therefore, users are responsible for scanning any physical media (especially USB drives) with up-to-date security software and activating licenses in a secure environment prior to use. Our company assumes no liability for any data loss, system infection, or hardware damage resulting from the user's failure to perform security checks or improper operation.

5. Product Validity

Once a digital license is activated or used, the delivery is deemed complete. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, digital licenses do not support "returns" or "re-issuance" due to user error, loss, or hardware replacement, unless you have purchased additional protection services.
